Restful work
Electric tractor driving: how does it actually work? It’s a different way of working. A tractor with a battery does not have infinite working time, it needs to be charged. Like the electric car, driving (working) an electric tractor is different from a fuel-powered one.
The standard electric tractor has an internal battery. With this battery, the tractor has a working time of 3 to 5 hours. The number of hours that can be taken depends on the work intensity. When working at full intensity, think here for example working with an overtop router, the battery has capacity of about 3 hours. For lighter work such as moving hay bales, the battery can last up to 5 hours.
Extra battery pack
To make the electric tractor even more appropriate, there is the option of an additional battery pack. This additional battery can be attached to the front or behind the hitch. During operation, the external battery is used first. Once empty, the battery can be quickly recharged using a charger. While the external battery is charging, you can continue working as usual thanks to the internal battery. By the time the internal battery runs out, the external battery is fully charged again and you can continue working. An additional battery pack extends your working time up to 9 hours.
