The Knegt flail mower side shift mows through a rotating shaft with attached spoon-shaped flails and is hydraulically adjustable. These flails cut and mulch the crop after which it is ejected to the rear.
The Knegt Flail mower side shift is designed for heavy duty mowing. Thus, Knegt flail mowers can handle high and coarse crops on uneven ground without problems. Because the flail mower also finishes thin branches it is therefore widely used by fruit growers and nurserymen.
The hydraulic adjustment allows you to mow both behind and beside your tractor. This is useful, for example, under a fence or under crops.
All Knegt flail mowers come standard with a telescoping PTO.
